I started wanting to create a Wonder Woman inspired artwork, I think, in 2018 but could never get her looking quite right. Now that I use Superfly and understand its material shader nodes better, I have finally got her armor looking the way I want it. Perfecting the armor took a couple of days of experimenting with materials. The next hurdle was finding the “correct” hair model. I think I finally got everything looking “right”. What do you think? I tried to create a scene like something from the original movie complete with a cyan/orange filter over the image.
The setting by Stonemason is actually only for DS but I was able to convert it to Poser with DSON and manually adjusting all the materials. It wasn’t a perfect conversion but it suited my needs. I then added a sky dome and some area lights to light the entire scene with a focus on the character. I rendered this scene in Superfly with depth of field on. In postwork I “smoothed the colors” and added a cyan/orange filter like they do in the movies. I also added a slight glow to her lasso which was already rendered lit by an emissive material.
