Spring Renewal News

Welcome to the brand new for 2022 Dream 9 Studios! I have completely rebuilt the website from scratch with many improvements and some new features. It was a lot of work but totally worth it in the end. That said, I’m not done yet! I still plan on adding a few more things such as more of my older products to the Marketplace Showcase and the first brand-new entry to the Work in Progress section featuring what I’m now working on. If you run into any errors, blank pages, or anything that just doesn’t seem to be working the way it should, please contact me and let me know so I can fix it right away. Other than that, enjoy the new site! Now to create some new art for this new site…

I have a new toy tool to create new art with now thanks to my BFF: a Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060! Now I can render faster than ever before and with its 12GB of VRAM I can render far more complex scenes than ever before! This is awesome! If only I could just get past this case of artist block I seem to have run into then I can start rendering lots of new artworks. I think working on this site has helped jump-start my muse so that’s another plus to overhauling the site.

After a lot of mental tossing and turning, I at least decided on what commercial art project to start work on the other day: a new clothing texture set. I’ll have previews to show you shortly in the Work in Progress section in another day or two. I almost have the clothing textures finished! I also have a couple new character ideas that won’t get out of my head so I may start work on them very soon just enough so that I stop thinking about them so much. That happens to me a lot. I hope to have at least one new product ready and in the marketplace by the end of this month, if I work hard enough.

Hey, are you a digital 3D artist? Got a website? Want me to put it on my Links page? Send me a link to your website via my Contact form and I’ll do just that! If you’d be so kind as to include a link to this website somewhere on your website, I’d be grateful, but it isn’t required. If we don’t help each other, who will? We artists have to stick together in this wild web! I’ve got a few of my artist friends’ websites on the page but there’s always room for more.
