This artwork is a redux of an artwork I created in 2012. I didn’t change too much but just enough to make this new artwork truly better than the original. Five years may have passed but the feelings I had then still remain.
Technical Notes:
I changed the character completely since the old version to my new Nicola 3 (available now in my Renderosity store) with updated textures, materials, and more. I also changed the hair and slightly readjusted the pose. I kept the lights and outfit the same. When it came time to postwork the render, I looked at my original PSD from 2012 to see how I made that “rainy glass” effect back then so I could improve it now. I also used a couple of HDR Photoshop actions to enhance the piece further. Overall, this version is far superior to the original.
